This product contain high quantity of Bees Wax and Sea Butter it can be melt during transport and before shipping we put transparent plastic on top to seal it properly.

Even it can be comes at one side after melt.

Keep in cool place for few hours than it will be normal and ready to use, melting dose not effect quality of this product.
